Shipping policy

Under normal circumstances, orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
During peak seasons, order processing time will increase; at such times, we will update our checkout screen and our order notifications to clarify the increase in processing time.

Domestic US Shipping

Orders above $60(after discounts are applied) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days delivery).  Orders below this value  are shipped via USPS First Class (4-5 business days delivery). We offer the option to upgrade from USPS First Class to USPS Priority Mail during the checkout process. 

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order from the confirmation email we sent you.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will also include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@palmettes.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return Policy
